What does the X-ray look at?
The grade blends four signals: how many effective positions you hold (concentration), the breadth of the portfolio, geographic exposure and, when data is available, the sector mix. On top we add total return, IRR and a list of concrete risks like concentration in a single position, region or currency. It's a starting point to think, not a recommendation.

- What do I need to use it?
- The Excel exported from your broker in TrimmTrack's format, or simply the ticker, shares and average price of each holding typed by hand.
- Where does my data go?
- Nowhere. The Excel is read inside your browser and holdings are never stored on the server. We only look up public prices to value them.
- How is the grade calculated?
- We combine concentration (effective holdings), the number of positions, exposure by region and the sector mix into a 0–100 score, mapped to a letter from A+ to F.
- Is it free?
